	Injector screw thread repair set M6 U-505006/MB In the aluminum cylinderhead is mounted a long shaft for the injector tension bolt. At the bottom of this shaft there is screw thread. Water in the shaft causes corrosion. That is the reason the tension bolt can break. By using this repair set the broken tension bolt can stay in place. At the top of the shaft new screw thread is tapped. Next the self cutting thread insert can be installed. Drilling with expensive tools is not necessary and accidental damage by drilling into cooling lines will not occur. For M6 Bosch and Delphi injectors, as in Mercedes CDI engines OM646 OM646 EVO 2,0 HDi and 2,0 JDT. The set contains: extra long XL screw thread tap, special TIN coated drill, installation tool and 10 self cutting M6 crew thread inserts with tight fit.
